The scrubber tower is the core component of any wet scrubbing system. BK Broson Exim manufactures PP and PP+FRP scrubber towers in vertical packed-bed and spray-type configurations, engineered for efficient gas-liquid contact and maximum pollutant removal efficiency.

Our scrubber towers are filled with chemically resistant packing media (PP Pall rings or structured packing) to maximize surface area for fume absorption. The scrubbing liquid, typically caustic soda for acid fumes or dilute acid for alkaline fumes , is circulated via a recirculation pump and distributor nozzles. The cleaned gas exits from the top after passing through a mist eliminator section.
