Acid Fume Extraction System
Acid Fume Extraction System Manufacturer
Our acid fume extraction systems are designed for capturing and neutralizing fumes generated during acid pickling, electroplating, anodizing, and chemical processing operations. These systems prevent HCl, H2SO4, and other acid vapours from entering the work environment, protecting workers and ensuring compliance with GPCB and CPCB pollution control norms.
A typical acid fume extraction system from BK Broson Exim includes a PP/FRP duct network for fume collection at source, a PP+FRP blower for air movement, and a wet scrubber tower with caustic soda (NaOH) scrubbing liquid for acid neutralization before clean air discharge. Systems are custom-designed based on tank size, acid type, and airflow requirements.
