Our spiral HDPE chemical storage tanks are manufactured using the spiral winding process where HDPE sheets are helically wound and fusion-welded to form a seamless, monolithic tank body of exceptional strength and chemical resistance. This construction method produces tanks with superior wall uniformity and structural integrity compared to conventional fabricated tanks.
Spiral HDPE tanks are widely used for storage of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, ferric chloride, and other aggressive chemicals in chemical plants, metal finishing units, textile processing, and effluent treatment plants. Available in vertical and horizontal configurations, with capacities from 500 litres to 1,00,000 litres.
